Quality Work Begins with
Quality Resources

Having the right equipment loaded with the right gear and staffed with a team that has the right experience can make the difference between a contained event and a costly escalation. We provide all of that and more!

Lone Star Hazmat Response is available around the clock, 365 days a year, arriving on scene prepared to handle any mess. Our crews are HAZWOPER 40-hour certified and structure their response using the Incident Command Systems (ICS) framework. We work with local, state, and federal agencies, first responders, and private carriers, documenting every stage of our mission and providing full transparency along the way. Our containment fleet is meticulously maintained and configured for a wide variety of hazardous material clean-ups, including road spills, facility chemical releases, large-scale environmental remediations, and much more.

Our Fleet of Response Vehicles

Lone Star Hazmat Response employs a variety of emergency response and remediation vehicles with the capability to tackle hazardous and non-hazardous clean-ups across various scenarios. No matter the location or scale of operation, Lone Star’s combination of equipment and highly trained personnel makes us the number one choice for emergency response and handling of hazardous materials.

Response Manager Trucks and Equipment

Typically, our first vehicles on-scene, Response Manager Trucks, are equipped with the essential safety and communication tools required to secure and evaluate a hazardous materials event. Our Response Manager Trucks are used to:

  • Secure and contain the accident scene
  • Provide the necessary hazard evaluation tools, such as detection instruments, gas monitors, and sample kits
  • Serve as the staging point for additional fleet and resources

Quick Response Trucks

Lone Star’s Quick Response Trucks are fully equipped for a team of two response technicians for quick management and mitigation of small-scale emergency hazards. These vehicles come equipped with containment materials, spill kits, absorbents, PPE, and tools to stabilize common emergencies. More agile than some of the larger trucks in our fleet, Quick Response Trucks are able to access tight sites faster and easier.

Heavy Response Trucks

Our Heavy Response Trucks come stocked to supply our teams in the event of larger-scale emergencies. These trucks contain spill kits, absorbents, PPE, and containment materials, as well as supplies to support technicians through long-lasting clean-up operations. This allows Lone-Star’s technicians to remain on-scene with an uninterrupted supply of critical equipment and materials to ensure containment is maintained.

HydroVac Trailers

Hydrovac Trailers are stationary or skid-mounted vacuum units used for targeted excavation of hazardous and non-hazardous fluids or fluid-soaked soil. These high-pressure systems have an 800-gallon capacity that allows teams to quickly remove and prevent the spread of hazardous materials.

Transfer Trailers

Transfer Trailers are equipped with critical emergency response equipment for the safe off-loading of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. These trailers include:

  • Pneumatic pumps
  • Certified transfer hoses
  • Cold tap equipment
  • Level A/B/C PPE
  • Grounding and bonding equipment
  • Carbon filters for vapor suppression

Roll-Off Trucks

Lone Star’s Roll-Off Trucks supply containment sites with movable containers and vacuum boxes used for cleanup and post-spill remediation. Large volumes of contaminated materials can be handled and transported for disposal or treatment by our 75 roll-off containers ranging from 20 to 30 yards in volume.

Vacuum Trucks

Our versatile Vacuum Trucks are used for dry bulk removal of contaminated soils, hydro excavation, and jetting tasks for tank and pipe flushing at spill sites. With both high-volume, 130-barrel capacity, and compact trucks in our fleet, Lone Star Hazmat Response has the capability to address hazard and non-hazardous incidents of all sizes.

Cargo Semi Trucks

Our Cargo Semi Trucks are used to support active clean-up operations, transporting both routine and emergency loads of materials that have been contained. They safely transport both hazardous and non-hazardous materials, including drums, totes, and bulk containers to approved remediation facilities.

Double Rail Truck

Double Rail Trucks are built to haul two roll-off boxes at the same time, improving efficiency at sites that require large amounts of material removal. The Double Rail Trucks handle our 20 and 30-yard waste bins as well as vacuum boxes to quickly supply and remove materials as needed for uninterrupted remediation.

Box Truck

Not all incidents require big trucks. For those that involve smaller loads, Lone Start Hazmat Response uses box trucks. These trucks handle loads that may consist of packaged hazardous materials, lab packs, medical waste, and emergency response equipment.

Boom Trailer

Boom Trailers are Lone Star’s primary response for large, ongoing spills and waterway protection. Boom trailers are designed to transport and deploy large lengths of containment booms and materials used for spill response and waterway spill containment.

Incident Command Trailer

Our Incident Command Trailers provide a dedicated, on-site command center for large-scale, complex incidents. These trailers are equipped with communications, mapping, workstations, planning rooms, weather monitors, and meeting spaces required to coordinate and tackle large-scale containment projects.

Potable Water Trailer

Decontamination is a key step in many emergency situations and can only be performed with reliable, potable water. Our potable water trailers are specialized field units that are equipped with onboard storage tanks and dispensing systems used for decontamination rinsing operations during field response.

Our fleet of response resources is one of the many reasons that make Lone Star Hazmat Response a leader in the industry. By choosing us, you are choosing readiness, reliability, and resolution in any situation.
